Take the chance to swim in the blue waters of the cosmopolitan and remote beaches of the area, and discover the all too many sights of Messinia. The villa resides on a panoramic spot, just 400m to the nearby pebbly beach, 600m to the small traditional village of Ag. Dimitrios and 2km to the village of Ag. Nikolaos. There you will find establishments such as a mini-market, ATM, Health Center, pharmacy etc. The distance to the city of Kalamata and the port is 45km and 55km to the international airport. The area offers a wide variety of beaches that cover every taste. Enjoy the sun and the sea with a cool drink at one of the bach-bars of the nearby pebbly beach (400m).
