Beautiful house 82 square meters with great sea view just 80 metres from sandy beach of traditional village Agia Pelagia! Property have private terrace with flowers and trees and view of cretan sea! industrial design with hand made furnitures from wood and iron , hight ceiling ,large living room with kitchen, 2 private rooms, 1 private toilet, washing machine for clothes and dishes, oven, machine for filter coffee, sun heater and fast heater for water, large fridge, 2 air codition, 42 led tv Industrial design new house next to the beach with great sea vew included all comforts for a great vacation.. You can have free parking next to apartment, Agia Pelagia sandy beach with crystal clear water never have waves and is ideal for a relax vacation, you can try local home made traditional food from family tavernas on the beach with great sew view, who serve cretan delicious food and fresh fish from local fishermen..! Also you can rent a boat from Agia Pelagia beach and be a capten to found secret beaches near property! 10 minutes from property by walking is fylakes beach a tropical paradise with palm trees and green water.. Heraklion is just 20 minutes by car..

Me and my wife Yasa we leave together in Agia Pelagia last 5 years.. My house and the apartment who rent is located next to the beach of traditional village of Agia Pelagia 15 km of Heraklion. I love sea and fishing i have a boat and go for fishing and boatrips to beautiful beach all summer and sometimes in winter too..! I love sports gym and pets! Cretan cousin is one of the best in Europe so as a native Cretan man i love food especialy with good company.. i love to travel i been to many places of Europe but I want to go in places out of Europe too! I love sunsets and music, I play quitar and sing.. thats all from me I am forward to meet you..!
Neigbour is a quiet area with family hotels near and familys house have all from super market restaurants bar cafeterias local products shops and pharmacy very near to property by walking..
