Marathia View is recently built in the quiet area of Marathias, overlooking Laganas Bay with superb views of Marathonissi Island (Turtle Island). The villa is located at the top of the hill, nestled into the surrounding landscape. Marathia View can accommodate up to 8 guests with a private infinity pool.

Neighbourhood information

The area of Marathias is mainly countryside with plenty of trails and treks for those who like to go for a walk. At the bottom of the road there is Votsalo Taverna, which is very popular and comes highly recommended. Also In the nearby Resort of Limni Keri (10 mins by car) there are some very popular tavernas and restaurants overlooking the beach and harbor. In the resort there are also coffee shops, bars, supermarkets, bakery and gift shops. The main resort in Zante, Laganas (Party Resort) is 30 minutes away by car/ taxi. There are bus stops aswell as many taxi's in the Limni Keri that can be called, and they can pick you up, or we can arrange car hire, chauffeur driven cars, mini buses etc for you prior to your arrival. There are many trails and treks around if you are willing to exert yourself. All treks and trails are detailed on a map at the villa or on request
