Independent residence 110 sq.m. on the floor, in the city center, 200 m from the bus stop for your visits to the castle and 20 m from the sea. Access to the apartment is by elevator or external staircase. It has a single living room - dining room, kitchen and terrace with a partial view of the sea. It also has 2 bedrooms with a terrace, 1 bathroom, and 1 bedroom in the attic with its own terrace. There with a view of the sea and the castle you can enjoy your coffee or drink. Its central location with direct access to the shops, bars and restaurants of the city facilitates your stay and makes our place an ideal choice for your holidays at all times of the year.
Monemvasia is a town and municipality in Laconia, Greece. The town is located on a tied island off the east coast of the Peloponnese, surrounded by the Myrtoan Sea. The island is connected to the mainland by a tombolo 400 metres (1,300 ft) in length.[2] Its area consists mostly of a large plateau some 100 m (330 ft) above sea level, up to 300 m (980 ft) wide and 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) long. Founded in the sixth century, and thus one of the oldest continually-inhabited fortified towns in Europe, the town is the site of a once-powerful medieval fortress, and was at one point one of the most important commercial centres in the Eastern Mediterranean.
