Marilena Apartments and Studios are built 20 m. from the sea, exactly on the side of the beach of Roussoum Υialos, few minutes walk from the beach, and is situated approximately 800 m. from the central port. From the balcony of your room you can enjoy the great view of the Aegean sea and in minutes to swim below in the crystal cleas waters of the bay. Our newbuilt apartments (2015) offer 10 studios which can accommodate 2 or 3 persons, and 4 2-floor apartments with internal stairs and 2 bathrooms which can accommodate up to 4 persons. All of them have their own kitchen facilities. For your convinience we can make the transfer to and from the hotel to the port of Patitiri, on arrival or departure.

What makes special the area of Rousoum is that it's situated close to the center (Patitiri). However, it's a quiet place to stay and the beach that there is in the area makes it unique. Rousoum Yialos is a beach with crystal clear blue waters and pebbles. It is surrounded by a leafy site full of pines and an amazing sea which make it an ideal place for rest and tranquility. As for the entertainment, you will find coffee-bars to have a refreshing drink and traditional tavernas-restaurants to have a tasty meal. You can enjoy the sun and dive confortably and safe. Also,in short distance there are supermarkets, mini markets, bakery, pharmacy, medical center as well as many other shops and services for your needs.
