Spacious and quiet 120 sqm villa near Super Paradise Beach Welcome to a beautiful 120 sqm villa in Mykonos — the perfect place for a peaceful summer escape! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 1.8 km from the famous Super Paradise Beach, this villa offers comfort, privacy, and great views. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is the living/dining area, one bedroom, and one bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms, another bathroom, a large balcony, and a spacious veranda with sea view. The villa is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, TV, and essential appliances to ensure a comfortable stay. Close to some of the island’s most popular beaches — Super Paradise, Paradise, Agrari, and Elia — and only 3.4 km from the airport and 5.3 km from Mykonos Town.

What our guests appreciate most is the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the area. Mykonos is a beautiful but often busy island, and many places are crowded and noisy — so staying here offers a relaxing escape while still being close to the island’s most popular spots. Just 1.8 km away is the famous Super Paradise Beach, known for its crystal-clear waters and lively beach clubs. We recommend renting a car, motorbike, or quad to explore the island more easily. However, please be very careful — the roads in Mykonos are often narrow and can be quite dangerous, especially during high season. Taxis are available on the island, but they are limited. For a more comfortable and reliable option, we suggest booking a private transfer (mini van), which can be arranged in advance and provides a more luxurious experience. Whether you're here to relax or explore, this location offers the best of both worlds — tranquility and easy access to the island’s highlights.
