The Villa is situated at 1km from the organized beach and the small port of Perdika, giving access to some of the island's best restaurants and bars, as well as a 5 minute boat trip to the island of Moni,
Most of the best beaches of the island are in a short distance from the villa and Aegina, the capital of the island, is at 10 minutes drive distance, by car or by bus.

2025 Update:
This winter, we’ll be fully repainting the entire Villa and replacing the toilets for an even better guest experience.
2024 Update:
We upgraded by replacing shower curtains with glass partitions and renewing the bathroom mirrors. We have added a second umbrella around the pool near the terrace.
2023 Update:
We take great pride in the security of our guests. We have installed full glass panels all around the balconies near the pool.
