Momentum Villas is a private complex comprising 10 exclusive residences all under the same esteemed management for rental purposes in Ialysos, Rhodes. Each villa boasts a private garden replete with a private heated swimming pool. The pool's temperature can be adjusted with a maximum setting of 30 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 28 degrees Celsius. In addition, guests can enjoy a range of amenities including a smart TV with satellite connection, an independent cooling-heating system, free Wi-Fi, and private parking. 9 villas split over two levels: On the ground floor of each of our 8 villas, which are 140 square meters each, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, dining room and a spacious modern living room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom as well as one separate bathroom. 1 villa Sea View split over three levels: On the ground floor of our unique 260 sqm villa, there is a living room with a fireplace along with a kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, while one of them contains an en-suite bathroom and a separate WC with bathtub and shower while the top floor comes with a sea view bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a garden. Our property offers accommodations for families with children as well as individual guests who are 25 years of age or older. Momentum Villas located 7.5 km from the Deer Statues, offering guests easy access to this popular tourist attraction. In addition, the Mandraki Port is located only 7.6 km away, providing guests with a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. For those arriving by air, Rhodes International Airport is the closest airport, situated a mere 6 km from the villa.
