Neighbourhood information

The settlement Kypri is located in the western part of the island of Andros, near the port of Gavrio (3 km) and the cosmopolitan village Batsi (4.5 km). The beach at Kypri is sandy with crystal clear water. The well-known beach of Xrysi Ammos is just 100 meters way, with very thin and smooth sand, sun umbrellas, beach bar and beach volley. In the vicinity, there is also the beach of Saint Peter, with the very nice seaside restaurant of Giannoulis. As you drive on the main road from Gavrio you pass the beaches Xrysi Ammos and Saint Peter and you turn on the left a little before Perrakis Hotel “Monolithos villas” are located around 300 meters uphill with a paved access. The complex has four entrances, which offer easy access to all houses. You will recognize the complex immediately from the traditional Cycladic stone-built fences and ladders. Andros is one of the Cyclades islands in the Aegean Sea and the nearest to Athens (the capital of Greece). Andros is only two hours from Rafina, a port in eastern Attica, which in turn is only 30 minutes away from the Athens international airport. Andros can satisfy any preference.
