Unique minimal Italian design stone villa with all the amenities of a modern house, with heated outdoor pool up to 31° (9 KW heating possible from May to October), uninterrupted view and from inside the house and its beatiful teak terasse to the Corinthian gulf and the forrest mountains of Ziria, 15' from Ski center, equipped with mountain bikes and a 3-door Pajero Pinin 4x4 vehicle (with extra cost - communication needed). Full 24h 22° Celcius, 12 KW electric radiator heating + 2 thermodynamic fireplaces.
I am an Archeologist - Nusmismatologist and this is our family's country house where unforgettable memories are being built with friends and family in summer and winter since 2009. We hope that you will also enjoy unforgettable moments at 1150m, with the breathless uninterrupted view of the sea, the mountains, and the surrounding forrest. The villa is being constantly used and fully maintained by our family.
At the highest most quiet spot of Mesaia Trikala Korinthias, walking distance from Mesaia and Ano Trikala Villages Centers.
