Surrounded by a pure Mediterranean garden of 9.000 sq., in the famous and cosmopolitan Porto Heli, just 200 meters from the sea, this is the perfect villa for family holiday. The garden is ideal and safe for the kids to play, while the treehouse on the large olive tree offers many hours of relaxing time. Moreover the private hot tub at the roof top of the villa with a water cleansing system the comfortable sun beds and the great view to the Porto Heli Gulf offers the ideal alternative to the beach. Activities like jogging, fishing, canoeing and water sports can take place using family’s canoes and speed boat. Porto Heli bay is a known safe paradise for sea action. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts (Nikki Beach, AKS Hinitsa Bay, AMAN Resort) will give you many choices of spending your time. along with nearby restaurants and taverns for family nights out. Spetses island is nearby and can be reached in 7 minutes by sea taxis servicing 24 hours a day from costa area which is 5 minutes drive from the villa. Private jetty very close to the villa (0,2Km) can be used by guests for free, in order to bring their own boat.
