It consists of a living room, an auxiliary kitchen, a cozy bedroom with two single beds that can accommodate two people and a w.c. with a shower. This level is also served by an independent entrance door,which can be rent independent or with the other two floors (5 persons) if there is availability. There is a possibility for a playpen/cot for a baby. The house has central heating so it’s ideal for winter holidays on the island. Air conditioning is not needed since the cool north winds prevail during the summer months and the existing windows with screens create a natural pleasant coolness.
