Είναι ένα όμορφο οροφοδιαμέρισμα 65 τετρ.μέτρων με δύο υπνοδωμάτια,διπλά κρεβάτια και αιρ-κοντίσιον. Έχει ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι με κουζίνα 36 τμ. και μεγάλη βεράντα με υπέροχη θέα στη λιμνοθάλασσα και στα πράσινα κτήματα με μανταρινιές.Είναι ένα σύγχρονο σπίτι με σήτες στα παράθυρα,όπου απολαμβάνεις ησυχία και δροσιά.Η πιό κοντινή παραλία για μπάνιο απέχει 300 μέτρα αλλά υπάρχουν πολλές παραλίες κοντά όπως το υπέροχο Κονδύλι.Υπάρχει άνετο πάρκιν .Έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα της Αργολίδας,Μυκήνες,Επίδαυρο,Ναύπλιο,Ασίνη ,Αρχαία Τίρυνθα κλπ.
