Striking modern villa, close to Nafplio, with beautiful panoramic sea and mountain views. The nearest beach, shops and tavernas are just 1km away in the charming village of Tolo which boasts waterfront dining and a blue flag beach. The villa is perfectly positioned to enjoy all the archaeological sites the Peloponnese has to offer along with the beautiful city of Nafplio. Due to the elevated location of the villa a car is recommended throughout your stay. The space Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms (one double and two twin) all with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. 3 bathrooms (one with bathtub) split over two floors. Well equipped modern open plan kitchen complete with an indoor dining area and a spacious lounge area to relax. Private overflow infinity pool, sunbathing terrace and a spacious outdoor area. Outdoor kitchen comprising of a BBQ, Pizza Oven, sink and an outdoor dining area and pergola. In addition there is a sunken lounge area perfectly positioned to enjoy the panoramic views. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to entire home, garden and private overflow / infinity pool
