Our property is located at Koum-Kapi area next to the sea. All our apartments and studios are cool and have balcony. In short distance there are cafe's, restaurant's, bar's, mini-market's and pharmacy. The private parking is limited. First comes first served (3 parking spaces for 6 units) but there is also free public space at the streets around the property.

The building is located 10 metres from the sea of Koum Kapi, 800 metres from the center of the town and 600 metres from the Old Harbor.
