You will love the location of this lovely, hilltop country house in a quiet neighborhood at the village of Nea Sampsounta. Nea Samsounta is a tranquil, small village just 7 kilometres far from Kanali beach, very popular for its sandy coast. Between Kanali beach and Kastrosykia beach there is also a spot that is popular to kite-surfers and wind surfers. Another nearby sandy beach to explore heading towards Preveza is Monolithi. Sun umbrellas and sunbeds on all these beaches are free when you order a drink from the nearby bar/cafe. Monolithi ( 3 km from Kanali ) is also an organized beach. Perfecture of Preveza won 8 blue flag awards in 2019 , Monolithi beach is one of them. In total 60km of beach starting form Preveza to Parga, there is lot to discover.! Total 72 sqm, everything inside the house is renovated. Air conditioned house is bright, spotless, and a delightful place to stay near Kanali Beach for your summer vacations. In addition the house is on a strategical place and it is a starting point for nearby destinations and explores. Ideal for family vacation, a place to relax away from pollution Large 24/7 monitored shaded and secured parking space inside the property.
Βefore each new arrival, we take special care to disinfect the surfaces that visitors often use and touch. Every single guest shall feel like home. Guests are welcomed to communicate with us for info about p.o.i. around the area. Guests should feel free to text/message us on social media apps
Inside a hotel on Kanali, you'll find a small aqua park ideal for children. For a small fee, you can enjoy the several pools and water slides. The sunbeds and umbrellas are free once inside. Monolithi beach attracts younger crowd as multiple beach bars and lively music alongside the beach. The house is also a perfect start for daily visits to nearby destinations as Lefkas Island ( 37Km ), Parga ( 42km ), Paxoi Islands. Necromanteio, Ancient Kassopi, Museum of Nicopolis, Ancient Nicopolis and its remainings such as the Roman Aqueduct, The Roman Theater and many others are p.o.i.
