Nesto 3rd-floor apartment is conveniently located just 4km away from the Athens airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Additionally, McArthurGlen Designer Outlets and Athens Zoological Attica Park are located only 3km away from the residence. The surrounding area is vibrant with plenty of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, all within a few steps from the apartment. For those who require transportation, taxis, and public transportation are available 24 hours a day and can be arranged upon request.I would like to share with you that the apartment is completely renovated in 2019 and tastefully furnished, with attention to detail, modern colors, designer lighting, and high-quality accessories. The stylish apartment is found on the third floor (with lift) of an elegant building and was constructed with soundproof windows and thermal insulation. The cozy living room consists of a double sofa bed, LCD TV 42inch and a dining area with table and chairs. Next to the kitchen, you will find the bedroom area with a double kingsize bed and a very large closet. Last but not least, there is a beautiful bathroom with a shower. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with modern high-quality kitchenware while next to it exists a small balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard and mountain Hymittos. Guests can enjoy unrestricted access to all rooms and use all of the appliances/ devices.
