Το νέο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στα Νέα Μουδανια Χαλκιδικής και απέχει 250 μέτρα από την παραλία και 800 μέτρα από το κέντρο της πόλης. Το διαμέρισμα αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι , ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα . Οι επισκέπτες έχουν πρόσβαση και θέα στον κήπο τεσσάρων στρεμμάτων όπου μπορούν οποιαδήποτε στιγμή να απολαύσουν ένα από τα πολλά καθιστικά που παρέχονται στον χώρο .
