The Nicopolis Villa is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian Sea, the Vraxos Beach , and it’s just 100 meters from the coast. The combination of the endless blue and the unique environment. The beach is considered to be one of the best due to the size, the quality of the sandy beach and the clean waters. The location is ideal for those who love nature, sea, beautiful views, tranquility and friendly atmosphere. It is a place ideal for families. The relaxing sofas of the living room combined with the breathtaking view of the balcony will make you feel relaxed. From the balcony you can enjoy the enchanting sunset. A garden with barbecue facilities is located around the house. Access to the beach is easy for all ages.
Our wish is to feel comfortable from the first moment and spend an unforgettable holiday.
The Nicopolis villa is in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is fantastic.Τhe cafe's provide beach umbrellas free of charge but we normally order our coffee or fresh juices or snacks etc. from them during our staying there. There are water sports, cafe bar, restaurant and super markets. At a distance of 30 minutes you will find the picturesque PARGA with the beautiful narrow alleys and PREVEZA with the wonderful taverns. Also the visit to Nekromantio and Acheronta river is a unique experience, with the ability to walk or swim in crystal clear waters or horseback riding or rafting.
