Niki's place is a ground-floor, detached house with a terrace and a private yard in the area of ​​Epanomi. The air-conditioned accommodation is 800 metres from Epanomi Beach, and guests benefit from free WiFi and private parking available on site. Niki's Place consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, 1 bathroom with a shower, a living room with a large corner sofa that converts into a bed for 3-4 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. Guests are provided with linen. The accommodation is soundproofed and has screens on all balcony doors and windows. Outdoor shower facilities are also available.
