I OWN THIS PLACE FOR 21 YEARS.I REBUILT EVERYTHINK 2013,SO I MAKE THE OLD" ROOMS TO LET" LIKE SMALL MINI SUITES.ALSO I MAKE KITCHEN FOR THE HOTEL.DOWNSTAIRS ITS A CAFE THAT YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR BREAKFAST,YOUR LAUNCH,AND YOUR DRINKS..ITS A SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS FROM MY GRANDFATHER..THE TREE OUTSIDE THE CAFE IS 43 YEARS OLD.THE DIFFERENCE FROM OTHER HOTES IS THE HOSPITALITY!!!!!IF YOU STAY ONE WEEK ,IT WILL BE LIKE BE AT YOUR HOME.ALSO ON THE CAFE YOU CAN WATCH FOOTBALL MATCHES.THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT ON THE BUILDING THERE IS NOT A ELEVATOR,BECAUSE WHEN I REBUILT THIS,THERE WAS NOT PLACE FOR THIS..I AM SORRY FOR THIS.BE MY QUESTS..

ITS NOT A BUSY AREA.THERE NOT A LOT OF TOURISTS,BECAUSE THERE IS NOT A PLACE THAT YOU CAN VISIT A LOT OFF THINKS.NEARBY YOU CAN VISIT,THE ENGLISH CEMETERY,AND THE" APTERA".ITS APLACE THAT YOU CAN STAY AND MAKE EXCERSIONS EVERY DAY,TO RETHYMNO AND KASTELI.ITS NEAR TO CHANIA AND NOT TO MUCH TRAFFIC,AND NOICE FROM THE BARS.ITS ONLY FIVE MINUTES FROM THE MAIN ROAD OF CRETE.SO A LOT OF PEOPLE STAY THE FIRST AND THE LAST DAY OF THEIR VACATION,BECAUSE ITS NEAR TO THE AIRPORT,WHEN THE FLIGHTS ARE IN THE MIDNIGHT OR EARLY IN THE MORNING..GENERALLY SOUDA IS BUSY, EARLY IN THE MORNING,WHEN THE FERRYBOAT COMES FROM THE MAIN GREECE,ATHENS, AND I THE AFTERNOON,WHEN IT LEAVES FROM 18.00 TILL 21.00.THERE IS NOT ALOT OF BARS FOR NIGHTLIFE,BUT YOU CAN JOY US AND HAVE REALLY GOOD TIMES..
