The house consists of two floors . On the first floor : one bathroom with shower, three bedrooms (each one with air condition). One with double bed for two people and the other two with semi-double (1,20x2,00m)for 1-2 people. On the second floor : An open plan lounge-dining room & kitchen with hatch (with air condition) in the space suit Veranda with outdoor seating area. On this level, the floor is wooden-oak parquet And has a second separated bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped .
I remain as always at your disposal before and during your stay and discreet so as not disturb. It is possible to check-in without host. On the right side of the door there is a box. You press the code that I will indicate you after completing your reservation , and you can find there the key to open the door. Don’t hesitate to contact me for any further informations you may need :)
Unique location with magnificent panoramic sea view. Overlooking the impressive Cameo island. Newly built in 2023 This warm , bright and very well equipped house will be privatised for you during your stay. You will find all the comforts for an unforgettable stay in Zakynthos. The house is just a breath away from the beach (ideal for families since the water is shallow)and has access to a variety of amenities and activities that you can enjoy. Right next to the house, there are beach-bar where you can have breakfast and lunch,taverna with Greek traditional cuisine ,diving center, boat rental, and sea activities. The nearest supermarket is 400 m from the house (5 minutes by foot and 1 minute by car).
