Ideal for couples, groups of families and friends that wish to get away in all the luxurious comfort and privacy this unique home offers.. Equipped with the fine wood furniture, this home offers the ultimate comfort in style as well as all the necessary conditions for a relaxing, revitalizing and luxurious accommodation. The spectacular sea view meets the endless blue of the sky, providing the perfect combination for memorable days and nights. A jacuzzi located on the terrace big enough for 6 persons is also available for our guests!

Neighbourhood information

The island of Kefalonia, in Greece is truly a gem which charms whoever wants to spend their holidays here. Kefalonia is not only a part of the Ionian islands but also the largest one of them (Kerkyra ,Leukada ,Zakynthos ,Kefalonia ,Paxi ,Ihtaca ,Kithira). Otium, is placed few minutes away from Lixuri. Before mentioning some of the attractions of Kefalonia a supermarket and a pharmacy is located 3.0 kilometres away from Otium. There are a lot of stunning places nearby such us: The beach Fteri which is 12,2 kilometers away, and also two nearby locations are: the harbour which is 31,1 kilometres and 44 minutes away and the Airport which is 38.0 kilometres away and 52 minutes by car. Some of the most attractive beaches of Kefalonia are: Fistly the beach Myrtos which has become the number one favorite attraction for tourists, which is not far away only 26.7 kilometres, that divide you from visiting the crystal water of Myrtos beach. Secondly The beach Foki which is also located 1 hour and 8 minutes away from Otium is a beach which is unique because of the bluish and greenish colors of the sea Foki beach, is surrounded by trees and sailing boats that give you the feeling of freedom and relaxation, Lastly, the lake “MELISSANI”. The best time to visit the lake is when the sun is right overhead around noon ,when the sunlight rays strike the water, creating a magical blue light atmosphere. The public theater of Argostoli “ O KEFALOS ” and the public Cinema “ANNY ” are 44 minutes away from Otium. To sum up, with the most remarkable place in Kefalonia, which is the cave “DROGARATIS”, the cave Drogaratis is the only one in Greece. During your visit to the cave Drogaratis, you will descend from stairs specially designed with great care, as a result of increased humidity however they can be relatively dangerous. These are some of the most important tourism attractions that will blow your mind.
