Property information

The property, which is 110sq meters, is located in the Bay of Otzia, which is 8 minutes by car from the Port of Kea (Korissia). The last 250 meters is a dirt road, a 4 X 4 is not necessary. The Beach of Otzia is only a 5 minutes walk from the house, close to the beach there are 2 restaurants/Tavernas. The house is one one level, however there are some steps in the living room area. The house consists of a living room with a fireplace and a sea view, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. Thee are 3 steps from the living room to the bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a raised bed (1.40 X 2.00) and below it is a sofa bed for another 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds (90 X 2.00) and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed (1.60 X 2.00). There are 2 bathrooms, on with a bath and one with a shower. Outside there is a large veranda with 2 dining tables, one for 6 people and one for 8 people. From the veranda one has a fantastic view of the beach of Otzia.

The area of Otzia is 5 to 6 minutes by car from the port of Kea, where you can find 2 supermarkets, 3 butchers, a fishmongers, bakeries, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Only 5 minutes from the house (by foot) there are 2 taverans/restaurants. The Beach of Otzia has an area that is with umbrellas and sunbeds, the rest is free.
