Rustic house immersed in bushland with O u t s t a n d i n g W i d e V i e w s to the Saronikos Gulf and the surrounding area. Simple architecture and cosy atmosphere with ample natural light, perfectly suited to relaxing vacations combining a stay in the mountains and close proximity to the unique nearby beaches within less than 10 minutes. Close to all the highlights of Attica as it is located 20 minutes from the Cape Sounio to the East and 20 minutes from the Vouliagmeni Lake to the West. Additionally, it is 20 minutes from the Athens' Airport and the Port of Lavrio. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink gazing at the sun emerging or immersing into the sea!

The house is located in a tranquil area on the hillside with wide views to Saronikos Gulf, while, at the same time, it is close to a variety of beaches, monuments, recreation areas, restaurants, cafes, bars, mini/super markets, etc. and of course the International Airport in Spata and the center of Anavyssos where you can take the bus towards any main destination in Attica with links to the tram and metro transportation.
