Villa Panoutsis is a newly built 126 sq2 home. Villa Panoutsis Vista is a newly built 126sq2 home. There are two Villas located next to each other. The Villas are independent from one another. (Panoutsis Villa Syvros Lefkada & Panoutsis Villa Vista. It consists of three large bedrooms with wardrobes, air conditioners, Smart TV's and balconies. It also has two bathrooms and an open living kitchen and lounge. Outside it has a pool a BBQ and outdoor furniture setting. Secure Parking is available onsite premises. You will indulge the majestic views of Vasiliki Bay Ithaca and Kefalonia.
