Independent and spacious studio of 58 sq.m. consisting of a large bathroom, and an open plan area with kitchen, internal fireplace, work desk, piano and sleeping area with 1 double and 2 single beds. Also provided are exercise equipment such as a stationary barbell, punching bag and weights. With the price there is also free welcoming breakfast and includes greek coffee, rusk, nescafe frape, tea, butter and marmalade. There is also an independent courtyard with seats and a table so the residents can relax.
They can be contacted on the numbers provided, by texting and messaging through the platform.
The neighborhood is quiet which makes the house ideal and relaxing for couples, families or groups of friends looking for relaxation and rest. The area in general is close, especially with vehicle, to the port ( 5 minutes ) and the city center ( 15 minutes ), which will give you the opportunity of simultaneous tranquility or an excursion. Our neighborhood is close to ATM, bakeries, supermarkets, so everything you need will be next to you.
