Purify soul&mind in IKARIA this summer! A magical home with panoramic views to the Aegean, amongst lush greenery in the village of Agios Polikarpos. An apartment set in a tranquil garden of orange,lemon & Olive trees...close distance to : bakery, s/market, coffee shops & taverns and close to medical centre and dentist. A comfortable and spacious fully furnished home with easy access for wheelchairs as well,having it own private entrance with a ramp. Whilst being centrally located to the popular beach of Mesahti & Rahes platia: where there are numerous cafes, tavern and shops to visit (very easy access)... your ikarian home away from home , to LIVE - LAUGH & LOVE urself a bit more Please send us a message so that we can clarify any questions you may have .....

Neighbourhood information

In the village of Saint Polykarpos, there is a bakery, two taverns, cafe shop, 2 small supermarkets and medical center - all close distance from *my ikaria home*. Saint Polykarpos village is in the center between beach and the Moutains.... 'Mesahti Beach': with its FOUR beach bars & Rahes (Xristos) 3km away where all the night life is happening. In addition we are very close to the famous PANIYIRIA < ikarian festival that will entertain you until the MORNING. Agios Dimitrios is the next village, which has an absolutely amazing old fashion 'platia' : great taverns and cafe bar. We are also very close to the most touristy part of IKARIA- Armenistis : which has little souvenir stores as well as picturesque views of the Aegean to enjoy a snack.
