Experience comfort in our 6th-floor apartment in Perama, Attica. Our 63sqm space includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace and flat screen TV, a comfortable double bed, and bathroom with bathtub. Enjoy stunning sea views from two private balconies. Close to bus stops, supermarkets, and just minutes from Salamina Island. Only 15 minutes to Piraeus Port and metro, with easy access to Athens and the Acropolis. Perfect for a peaceful stay with beautiful sunsets. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. It includes a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, full-size oven with ceramic cooktops, microwave, dining table with chairs, and all necessary dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans. A coffee maker with supplies for coffee and tea is also available. The open-plan kitchen and living room are fully air-conditioned. The living area has a large three-seater sofa which can be used as a bed to accomodate a third person, two armchairs, a fireplace, and a TV for relaxing evenings. From both the living room and kitchen, you can access the spacious balcony, complete with seating, a pergola, and views of the mountains and Perama's neighborhood.
