About this property

Petrino Guest house is a traditional stone building, perfectly located only yards from the sea and the Castle’s Bridge in Monemvasia. All tastefully decorated rooms feature wooden furniture and are equipped with heating, air-conditioning, television, refrigerator and verandas overlooking the sea. Do not forget to buy traditional Monemvasias almond sweets. In Monemvasia you will find 3 restaurants. Gefyra, the village opposite the castle, has supermarkets and shops, car rentals and cafes and is connected to the castle by a 10 minute walk or the frequent bus service.

The name of the guesthouse is no coincidence, since stone and wood have been masterly combined so as to ideally reflect the architectural style of the area. The 11 rooms of the guesthouse have carefully designed, as well as the common areas, into a familiar and inviting petite hotel, which resembles a traditional country house. Open all year round

The location of Petrino Guesthouse enables the easy access not only to the Castle [Kastro] of Monemvasia, but in nearby attractions, beautiful villages and towns and intact wonderful beaches. Within walking distance you can find restaurants for your lunch or dinner. At the village of Ai-Yiannis you can taste the traditional macaroni (goglies), the roasts on coal, the good olive oil and our well-known honey.
