Plataria Houses is a fully independent traditional family house, approx. 80 sqr m in size, located in the Plataria Bay in Greece, on the national road to Igoumenitsa and Athens and 12km away from Igoumenitsa port and from the Sivota village. The house has a traditional decoration and layout and provides all fundamental services and facilities for a couple or family. It features a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with both electrical and solar hot water generator, free WiFi, a hall with a library and two comfortable bedrooms. The house can host up to 4 people, with the ability to expand to 5 by using a folding sofa bed. It features its own garden, a great mountain view and is only 200m away from the Plataria beach, marina and coast line. A lot of parking space is publicly and freely available close to the house.
I am an Information Technology architect, certified trainer and technical book author. I have lived throughout my childhood in Plataria and have a strong connection with the place. I have lived in various European countries and have attained a muti-cultural and hospitable attitude. I am a good listener and communicator and will be pleased to offer you a pleasant and comfortable accommodation.
Our house neighborhood is clean and calm and very close to the sea coast line. All necessary amenities, pharmacy, bakery, marina, restaurants and shops are very close nearby. The village is located on the main national road to Athens and to Igoumenitsa and only 12km away from the famous village of Sivota. Plataria perfectly combines all three natural elements in one landscape, namely mountains, valley and a beautiful coast line.
