Pnoe is a family-run buisness consisting of four residences and situaed in one of the most unspoilled coast lines in western Peloponnese. The owner, Georgia Manesiotis, strives to create an atmosphere of eco-friendly surroundings for the guests.

Property information

The accommodation falls in the 4 keys category. The entire unit is eco-friendly: solar panels are used for electricity and hot water, while wastewater treatment is used so that the clean water returns to the environment. The placement of the buildings on the plot is bioclimatic: the large openings of the rooms are in the South and the small in the North,.thus maximum exploitation of sunlight and winds for cooling is carried out .The external pergolas are made of organic cane.Eco-friendly - non-toxic colors have also been used. The beds, mattresses and pillows are handmade from certified natural materials. The stairs, the interior doors, the kitchens, the wardrobes are made of steel,natural wood,reeved glass and patix cement mortar, by local craftsmen and are custom made according to the architectural design.

The property is in the prefecture of Elis overlooking the Chelonitis Gulf: 200m from the beach (2 minute walk) and next to Kourouta beach area (1km) with organized tourist facilities (bars,restaurants etc)The beaches are wide and sandy. There is also a Small Marina (500m). Also, near the accomodation are major towns: Amaliada (7,4km), Pyrgos (16,6km), Patras (84km), archaeological sites: Ancient Elis 25km, Ancient Olympia 35km (UNESCO heritage site), Rotating temple of Apollo 93 km (UNESCO heritage site), Chlemoutsi Castle (35km) and natura regions: Strofilia forest-kotihi lagoon 35km (NATURA), OAK forest of Foloi 66 km, Voidokilia Beach-Navarino
