Great apartment with big shared pool in 5 minutes walking distance to sea (only 12 minutes walk from famous Avlaki beach). You can reach Super Market and restaurants within 5-10 minutes by foot. The flat offers a top quality stay! You will love the spacious balcony over a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. We have 3 bedrooms and a nice living room. Ideal for families, couples or a group of friends. A fully equipped kitchen will make cooking easier for you.
Our flat consists of two levels. Ground level and first level. The ground level has one bathroom with bath tube and three bed rooms. One bedroom is very spacious with double bed 160*200 cm and own terrace. The second and third bedroom are smaller and connected to each other with sliding door. terrace. One of those bedrooms has a double bed 140*200 and the other had a single couch bed 90*190 with comfy mattress topper.
The big bedroom and the third bedroom have air condition. The second bedroom has a fan but it gets the cold air if needed from the third bedroom since they are connected.
We can add baby bed or children mattress into the bigger bed room.
In the first level you can find the main entrance , the kitchen area, living room and a bathroom with shower. Three persons can sleep here on a sofa double bed and one single foldable bed. The living room has also Air Conditioning.
Kitchen is fully equipped and offers a kitchen table in the same space.
