The elements that make this accommodation particularly privileged and attractive are its location right on the seafront, the provision of a safe environment for children's activity as it is surrounded by a pedestrianized street where the vehicles are not allowed, its spacious garden with interesting natural and decorative elements, sea ​​and mountain views, shared pool available (June 15th - September 10th), spacious and bright interiors with a rich view of the building, full equipment with furniture and home items (functional areas of: two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms and a WC). In addition, beach equipment is available: a large stable umbrella, seats and a table.
Philip and Lois love sea and sailing.
The location of Gerakini is preferential as the visitor can quickly reach interesting destinations all over Halkidiki: Kassandria, Sithonia, Ierissos, Ouranoupoli, Mount Athos, Polygyros, Arnea and elsewhere.
