Apartment of modern architectural construction, elevated, in an excellent location, it is 12 kilometers from Athens International Airport, just 10 minutes drive, 3 kilometers from the Hippodrome of Athens, 1500 meters from the beaches of Porto Rafti and 200 meters from Porto Rafti Avenue, that there are supermarkets, cafe & public bus station close by in walking distance. It is a very spacious and comfortable apartment that offers two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
There are supermarkets, cafe and public bus station close by in walking distance (you have to walk uphill). There's spacious private parking for your vehicles. If you use the public transport there's bus station (Ktel Attikis) at 5 minutes walking distance (Vaso Station) but you have to walk uphill to reach the apartment from the main road. Directions: Coming from Athens or Airport after passing the Lidl Supermarket you should turn right after 100 meters at the car wash , Eirinis street , then drive straight to the hill and turn right at the first right turn, follow the road that goes left and at the end of the hill you will be at our parking.
