The apartment is on the first floor, you can either use the elavator or a few stairs, which leads you to: - A spacious living room with a nice sofa-bed and a big smart TV - A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials - Two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed, an air condition and a wardrobe that can fit your things - A modern bathroom with toiletries in case you didn't bring your own - Last but not least every room has it's own balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy your coffee in the morning The garage: - Private closed parking - Can accommodate 2 cars - Just 2 minutes away by foot (100m) Additional Info: It is necessary to have a personal identification number for our Greek visitors and a passport number or ID number for visitors from outside Greece. For accounting purposes only.
I'm an outdoorsy person. I love sports and I absolutely love meeting new people, especially from other countries and cultures. I try my best to make my guests feel like they have a "friend in town" and I always try to steer them in what I think will make them have the best time possible, according to their needs and wants!
Though our apartment is located in the center of the city, the neighborhood is quiet. Right across the street there is a mini market, a grocery store, a pizzeria and a coffee shop. In only 5 to 10 minutes walk you can reach the nearby supermarket, pharmacy, our park or the city center with all the shops/restaurants/bars and cinema!
