Luxury stone house (semi-detached) about 130 m² with ca 20m² terrace. Located in the quiet village of Vrasna above the Strymonic Gulf and has been renovated in a traditional Macedonian style. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher and all cooking utensils. No Barbecue. A car is necessary! Free WiFi Internet in all areas and Smart Internet TV with free NETFLIX is included. The house, the place with sorroundings fulfills all the conditions for a relaxed but also exciting holiday!
The house has been completely renovated according to traditional Macedonian architecture. It consists mainly of wood and stone. The bedrooms are comfortable (13-15 m²) and are exclusively equipped. The bathroom is about 8m² in size and has a shower. On the ground floor (60m²) is the living room with open kitchen and dining table and an additional WC with washing machine. Towels, bedlinen, soap, shampoo and all essential things for the beginning are available. Air conditioning throughout the house and ceiling fans in all bedrooms !. The terrace is about 20m² large, roofed and has a ceiling Fan ventilator and a nice seating cornerwith dining table for 6-8 persons. Private entrance. Guests have access to all rooms of the house.
Distances with a car: 5 Min to Vrasna beach! 10-30 Minutes to all beaches in the area. 1 hour to Thessaloniki and Airport, 1 hour to Kavala and Airport 1 hour to Agio Oros (Athos), 45 Min to Amphipolis, 45 Min to Sand dunes beaches of Peramos. 10 min to Bars, Cafes, Restaurants and Nightlife 5 min to Supermarkets LIDL and Discount Alo nearby: Cart driving, Horse riding
