This beautiful and spacious villa is the perfect vacation getaway for your family and friends. It enjoys lots of space and a beautiful garden with a pool. The Villa is an ideal place to enjoy your vacation as Rafina, Mati and Artemida beaches are minutes away. The house is fully equipped and baby/children friendly. Very open to the Greek light, the house enjoys great garden views. The garden includes many sitting places for resting and playing as well as BBQ facilities. Situated in a very tranquil and seclusive neighbourhood, Rafina great feeling villa can be used for outdoor parties and gatherings.

The surrounding neighbourhood is very quiet and safe with mostly vacation houses. The house is somewhat seclusive and ideal for gatherings, outdoor parties and child play. The average travel time, by car, between Rafina and center Athens is about 60 minutes and the travel time between Rafina and the Athens International airport is about 20 minutes.
