A peaceful, warm and accommodating house, suitable for every guest, surrounded by lemon trees, orange trees and lawn. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 400 meters from the beach (5min walking) where you can find a wide variety of local restaurants, cafés, kids playground, the picturesque port of Nea Makri etc. Nea Makri Square is just 200 meters far as well as lots of shops, banks, super markets, pharmacies and other facilities. The house consists of: - A master bedroom with queen size bed - A living space with a single bed and a 3-seat sofa. (Baby cot and a camp bed are available upon request) - A fully equipped bathroom (towels, shower gel, shampoos, body cream, slippers, toilet paper, hair dryer etc.) with shower and also a washing machine. - A fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, oven, fridge, espresso machine, french coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, tableware and glassware. Every room is equipped with independent a/c, TV and wifi. Additional linen, towels, slippers and bath amenities are also available for all guests. All doors and windows have screens to protect from minor insects. The garden-terrace offers a table with chairs,
We, the landlords, live just next door and will be at your disposal for anything else you may need. Airport pick up/drop off as well as transportation to Athens historical centre is also possible upon request and availability.
