The Residenza Rithymna Centro is a 3 level maisonette, located in the heart of Rethymno. Available all year round, either for business or pleasure, just a short walk from the old town, with several bars and seaside restaurants. Guests are within 7 minutes (500 m) walk from the organized beach and 8 minutes (650 m) from the Venetian Harbor. Our three level maisonette provides comfortable accommodation for families, couples, groups of friends and business people. It is fully renovated in April of 2018 and everything inside and outside the house is brand new. On the ground floor there is a modern, open plan kitchen with a dining area set up for four people. It is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils so to prepare delicious meals. Also on the same level, there is a comfortable living room, and the main bathroom with two sinks toilet and walk-in shower. On the second level there are two bedrooms. The one has a double queen bed and the other two single beds, which can also become a double bed. Each bedroom has flat satellite TV, access to free high speed Wi-Fi internet (VDSL line, up to 50mbps) and suite WC (sink, toilet and walk-in shower).

On the third level, there's our roof terrace, the big advantage of the property, with beautiful views of the nearby park, part of the city and the sea. The sunny and airy 70m2 terrace, where you can relax on the comfortable sun-beds, sit in the outdoor lounge, enjoy a bottle of wine, surf the web, use the brand new Jacuzzi (for up to 5 persons) and enjoy the sun all day long. In the night you can also enjoy your drink at the outdoor lounge of the house under the moonlight... and always in the center of the town!

Most of the people who choose our property to spend their holidays in the city of Rethimno, do it cause first of all for the location. RESIDENZA RITHYMNA CENTRO is the center (in the ''heart'') of the city and everything is in walking distance (beach, old town, banks, city hall, central square, shops, fruit market, public garden, car parking, beach walking road, cafes, restaurants etc). You don't need to use a bus or a taxi unless you want to visit a place outside the city.
