Right in the heart of Pythagoreio a fully renovated traditional maisonette (2 floors). With the beach, market, restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes on foot, our house is an ideal solution for holidays, or business in the town. The house itself was renovated "to the ground" so it's like staying in a brand new place with anything you might need. Inside you will find a 40 inch Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube access as well as Satellite TV on ASTRA satellite for all free to air European TV channels. The house has a fully equipped bathroom in the bedroom on the top floor as well as a WC in the living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with cooking tools so guest will be able to prepare their meals.
We are a family with two children living in Thessaloniki. Unfortunately we can't use our house more often so we are giving it so more people can have a pleasant vacation in Samos
The house is established in one of the most quiet neighbourhoods of Pythagoreio. The neighbours are locals who are very polite and willing to assist with any information for the area.
