S&M Cozy Garden Lagonisi Welcome to one of the most luxurious areas of the Athens Riviera! This summer house is situated just 700 meters from Agio Nikolao and Pouda Beach (El Pouda), and only 2km from Lagonisi Grand Beach. Furnished with an airy bedroom, a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Additionally, there is a cozy garden with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area. This summer house is an ideal choice for families and individual travelers.
We would be happy to assist in every aspect during your stay and be your guides of the area, ensuring that you feel fully comfortable and relaxed and enjoy your holidays.
Lagonisi is a beautiful place located in southern Greece. Our summer house is situated in a peaceful residential area just a few minutes’ walk from several lovely beaches. The area is also very convenient in the interest of sightseeing and nightlife: 🏖 700meters from beaches. beach bars, tennis court, beach volleyball & basketball and local restaurant. 1000meters from a high street that offers local restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries and grocery stores, S.M. and playgrounds 20 minutes from the Airport 40 minutes from the center of Athens and the Acropolis reachable by car or public transportation 30 minutes from the famous archaeological Poseidon Temple in Sounion 45 minutes from the port of Rafina 50 minutes from the port of Piraeus
