Property information

Beautifully placed in a "private" peninsula, right by the sea, the house is in a very quiet and natural part of the island, with an uninterrupted 200 degree view of Salamina bay. A traditional house, standing on the edge of the land, sometimes it seems to merge with the sea. Live the unique experience of taking a few steps from your couch and diving into the blue waters. Enjoy your meals in one of the 2 outdoor dining areas and prepare them in a fully equipped kitchen or in the outdoors BBQ. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ample secured parking.

Imagine waking up to the sound of waves and the flight flaps of the seagulls and having a refreshing dive with the most enviable sea view. The distance from the city center is just 4 km, and you will find everything there, a large supermarket, shopping street and plenty of shops and fish taverns with local catches. The bus stop is at 100 meters and a Mini Market is at 200 meters.
