Being a few steps away from the beach and offering panoramic sea vistas, this bohemian-inspired haven promises a stylish and an unforgettable holiday experience. Spanning 300 square meters, The Sand Villa comprises two interconnecting villas one on top of each other, “White Sand” and “Rock Sand”, seamlessly transformed into one unit to offer a wealth of luxurious amenities and facilities. With 5 sumptuous bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and 2 elegantly appointed living rooms, each adorned with meticulous attention to detail, our villa ensures ample space and comfort for every guest. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 2 euros per night per villa from April to October and 0.5 euros per night per villa from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Renowned for its pristine sandy shores and tranquil, shallow waters, Almyros Beach offers a serene escape with excellent amenities including beach bars, umbrellas, sun beds, and water sports facilities. Step 30 meters down from your villa, cross the little wooden bridge over the Almyros river shaped in the south part of the beach and access its crystal waters.
