SEA BREEZE STUDIO The Art of Living! Take in the sea breeze and let nature do the rest. A self contained independent ground floor apartment sleeps 4. Set in a beautiful villa nestled in its own Mediterranean gardens, offering spectacular sea views of the Corinthian Gulf, with its own exclusive swimming pool and within walking distance (600m) from Mylokopi beach renowned for its beauty and crystal clear waters. Please note: The access track to the Villa (500m) is challenging for standard vehicles, an SUV or 4X4 vehicle is therefore strongly recommended. The villa is 130m above sea level. The scenic beach of Mylokopi is approx 15 minutes (600m) walk down a pine tree lined track. You will find two bays next to each other, one more deserted than the other, perfect for swimming and snorkelling in its crystal clear waters. Sea Breeze Studio is the perfect retreat; take in the sea breeze and let nature do the rest.

It is advisable to stop in Loutraki or Perachora and get some provisions.
