Welcome to Sea of Memories, a modern two-apartment complex! In a central spot with direct access to beach bars, restaurants, bakery, and supermarket. It is only a three-minute drive to Ammolofoi Beach and a five-minute walk to the center of Nea Peramos. Enjoy your swim in the sea right in front of the complex; it is ideal for small children! Apartment with Sea View: A seaside and luxurious two-room apartment with a big balcony! The apartment consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a sofa bed, and a closet. The second bedroom has two sofa beds and can be used as a living room. Both rooms have their own A/C and TV. A playpen is also available to accommodate infants. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in oven, a double-door fridge with a separate freezer, and a microwave. In the bathroom, there is a shower cabin and a washing machine. The apartment also features a large balcony with awnings and a dining area overlooking the sea. The apartment was fully renovated in 2022. Standard Apartment: A cozy apartment with a backyard view! The apartment consists of one bedroom that has a double bed, a sofa bed, and a closet while it is fully equipped with A/C and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a countertop oven and a double-door fridge with a separate freezer. In the kitchen, there is also a large sofa bed that can accommodate 2 adults. Our apartments are accessible with only 2 steps at the entrance, which makes Sea of Memories the right choice for people with mobility difficulties.
