This renovated top-floor penthouse resides in a residential building, just a short stroll from the sandy beach. A standout feature is the vast veranda (100+ sq m./ 1000+ sq. ft.), perfect for dining while enjoying breathtaking sea views. The bedroom also boasts mesmerizing panoramas. The spacious interior (79 sq. m. - 850 sq. ft.) offers one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room and a bathroom making it ideal for families, couples, and friends seeking relaxation and stunning sea views. Comfortably accomodates up to 5 persons (up to 4 adults). Cot is provided free of charge. Complementary housekeeping is offered on long stays. Stay 3' from the nearest beach and Alimos Marina. Explore the Athenian Riviera or the historic center of Athens with ease, just a 15' taxi ride away.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the area "Kalamaki" or "Alimos". The major advantage of the neighborhood is its location, just across the sea shore and the beach. Alimos Marina just across the street offers private cruise options. You can enjoy your coffee at the apartment's veranda or visit one of the many cafes and beach bar-restaurants and have your drink right on the sand. The area is connected to the city centre, 15' by taxi, aprox. half an hour by bus or 45' by tram. Kalamaki is a rather quiet and not as touristy region. Full market exists in the neighborhood (supermarkets, cafe, restaurants, laundry, hairdressers). For our little guests, there is a playground available, just across the street. The bus stop is 2' on foot and the Tram station is also very close. You can take A2 and B2 bus lines to reach the center of Athens in less than 30'.
