Sea view estate Helios is a privet and spacious villa with beautiful gardens and amazing views of the Ionian sea . Situated on the hill above Perama area overlooking the sea with three bedrooms , two bathrooms , a luxurious and comfortable living room with fire place and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area . We have created our space with all the modern amenities to offer our guests a comfortable and memorable stay in our beautiful island . A large veranda with outdoor dining area , a well maintained manicured landscape garden with a large swimming pool and BBQ area where you can enjoy the sun and the sea breeze of the Ionian Sea in privacy. A/C , cable TV , washing machine , fireplace , Wi-Fi, workspace, BBQ , privet parking and sun lounges by the pool are some of the facilities we offer our guests free of charge .
