Spacious and cozy apartment with a large porch, next to the sea. Located on the 1st floor (one level above ground). It is fully renovated and fully equipped, ideal for families or small groups. It has a fireplace for the winter and a bbq shed on the porch. The view from the porch is delightful and the porch shed is ideal for cozy summer nights, sipping your beverage of choice. The entrance to the building is shared with other apartments, but the apartment entrance itself is private. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. There is also a sofa bed, which is located in an auxiliary space-hall. Our building's policy allows only small pets that are trained. Special events are possible at the accommodation only after relevant information from the guests. The official common quiet hours defined by law apply
The apartment is located near the town’s center and only a few meters from the beach. The closest supermarket is just a short walk from the house. Right in front of the apartment, there is a park where small children can have fun and there are also many cafes, restaurants and entertainment stores in general, that are open during fall, winter and spring. Overall it's a very lively neighborhood, with music and events. Beach bars are really close as well, just a few minutes' walk. Public transportation is only 50 meters from the apartment and proastiakos (the train that connects directly to Athens) is very easily accessible as well.
