2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with sea view, big outdoor areas for relaxation The residence consists of two spacious bedrooms (on different levels), each with double bed, bedside tables and en-suite bathroom, storage room and closets. The ground floor has a spacious living room with two sofas (which can be also used as beds), armchairs, fireplace and TV, a dining room for 6 persons and a fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances, storage room with washing machine and a WC. All rooms are fully equipped. The residence is surrounded by a nicely configured area, a large terrace with wonderful view, which is shaded by a wooden pergola and a second terrace with a dining table for 8 persons, barbeque and wood oven. This is a very comfortable residence overlooking the sea, specifically the islands of Syros and Tinos, suitable for families or couples or friends and can accommodate up to 5 persons. There is Wi-Fi, TV and air condition in the bedrooms and a covered private parking for 2 cars. The residence is built according to the architecture of Mykonos with enough built-in furniture and the Cycladic stone prevailing throughout. The overall surface of the residence is 140m2

Neighbourhood information

The residence is located in the northwest part of the island, in Fanari area, approximately at a distance of 0.5km from the lighthouse of Mykonos. It is at about 3.5km from the port, 5.5km from the town (Chora) and 7km from the airport. The nearest beach is Agios Stefanos at 2km, with a restaurant, tavern, bar, café and mini market. Mykonos’ Lighthouse offers a wonderful view, especially just before sunset. The access to the house requires car use. The house has direct access to supermarket, cafe and tavern.
